The NASA funded Global WELD project has generated 30m Landsat 5 TM and Landsat 7 ETM+ monthly and annual products on the NASA Earth Exchange (NEX) supercomputer. Three years of products (2009-2011) are available as HDF tiled products at http://globalweld.cr.usgs.gov/collections and as single pixel time series and user defined GeoTIFF subsets at http://globalweld.cr.usgs.gov.
